Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out what you may and may not do when using HRM8. It forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses the platform, the job board and our services.

1General conduct

You must use HRM8 lawfully, honestly and in line with these rules and our Terms. You are responsible for activity under your account and for your Authorised Users. You must not use HRM8 in a way that harms others, breaches the law, or interferes with the Services.

When you use HRM8 for hiring or people management, you must:

4Job board and listings

If you post roles or use the job board, listings must be for genuine, lawful vacancies. You must not post misleading, fake or discriminatory listings, request payment from job seekers to apply, collect applicant data for purposes other than the advertised role, or use the job board to send job seekers spam or scams. Job seekers must provide accurate information and use the job board only to seek genuine opportunities.

5Enforcement

If you breach this policy, we may remove content, limit or suspend access, or terminate your use of the Services, and we may report unlawful activity to the authorities. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to address the issue, but we may act immediately where needed to protect people, data or the Services.
