HRM8 uses a small set of trusted third parties to help provide the Services. This page lists our current sub-processors, what they do, and where they process data. It supports our Data Processing Addendum and Privacy Policy.

As the Services develop, we engage additional sub-processors for supporting functions such as transactional email and notifications, product and usage analytics, customer support, and AI processing for drafting features. We add each sub-processor to this list before it begins processing personal data, and notify customers of changes as described in our Data Processing Addendum.
We may add or replace sub-processors as the Services develop. Where required, we will provide a way for customers to be notified of new sub-processors before they begin processing personal data, and a reasonable period to raise a legitimate data protection concern, as described in our Data Processing Addendum.
